Kama Sutra - a fun and erotic learning experience!
Introduction
The idea of this appointment is for you to explore a variety of foreplay techniques and different sexual positions, with guidance and encouragement! The aim is to have fun learning new skills to spice up your sex life, increasing your confidence and sexual repertoire at the same time. The atmosphere is one of mutual respect, trust and where it's not the end of the world if mistakes happen, as it's all geared towards fun, learning and experimentation!
The session aims to be both informative and enjoyable. It is most suited to those who are not looking necessarily for a more "free-flowing" appointment that would be found in my normal two hour or dinner date meeting, but who are seeking some instruction in sexual techniques and a chance to practice new sexual positions with someone enthusiastic about learning new things too!
The first part will cover foreplay skills e.g.:
- How to arouse a woman with different touches, including what strokes are most suitable for the buttocks, breast, feet, legs, arms and even the hands!
- Cunnilingus skills: although each woman differs in what she will enjoy, this aims to give you some basic starting points and tips on how to please.
- Types of kisses and the effect they can have on different parts of the body.
- Finger and vibrator techniques for you to use on a woman.
The second part will progress through a variety of different sexual positions, some of these moves may be from the Kama Sutra, some from Ananga Ranga, The Perfumed Garden or even The Tao.
A little about each of these ancient texts is given below...
The Kama Sutra
This ancient text was collated by an Indian Brahman, or scholar, called Vatsyayana, between the first and fourth century AD, and was intended to help develop sensual pleasure for lovers, although at the time it was aimed mainly at men.
Vatsyayana suggested that there were specific positions to suit a couple's sexual requirements, claiming some positions are more suitable than others depending on the size of the penis and the depth of the partner's vaginal canal. The "Wife of Indra" position, for example, Vatsyayana claimed, enables a man with a small penis to achieve maximum penetration with a lover who has a deep vagina, whereas the "Splitting" position is most suited to an older man, who might need a much stronger sensation during sex. The Kama Sutra also advises on "thrust techniques" which a man can use on a woman, where he uses his penis almost as a vibrator. Some of these are called "Blow of the Bull", "Blow of the Boar", "Sporting the Sparrow", and "Churning".
We can practice a number of these together and I will let you know which ones I like best! :-) (Probably all of them! :-) ). You will also get chance to practice a very useful 180 degree turning manoeuvre, which comes in handy when you want to move but not withdraw your penis from the woman.
Ananga Ranga
This text was published after the Kama Sutra and although it shares many similarities with it, this was written around 1172AD for a mainly married audience, to prevent boredom. The term Ananga Ranga refers to the bodiless phase experienced by Kama, the Hindu goddess of love, when his physical body was burned on a pile of ashes and he became a spirit, according to the writings.
There are some exciting kneeling and seated positions in the Ananga Ranga which can help build sexual tension and increase the likelihood of multiple orgasms happening. One of my favourites is the "Raised Feet Posture" which I find stimulates my g-spot :-), another is the "Refined Posture". "The Monkey" position otherwise known as the "Crying Out" position can be very arousing, as it puts pressure on the sensitive area near the outer entrance to the vagina.
The Perfumed Garden
Some positions come from "The Perfumed Garden", a book written by Sheikh Nefzawi from the 16th century, which amongst other things, describes a number of different poses sensitive to the physical differences between men and women. Two of my favourite positions are: "Fitting on of the Sock" followed by the "Third Posture" - the first helps prepare for the deeper penetration of the next.
The Tao
The Tao is an ancient Chinese collection of wisdom including some writings about sexuality. Taoists believe that in life everything has an equal and opposite reaction which balance each other. Women are considered to be animated by a force called Yin and men by Yang. They believe that it is at sexual union that these forces balance out, the male receiving Yin energy and the female Yang energy. At orgasm this energy is considered its most potent, and Taoists believe in delaying orgasm concentrating on stimulation for optimal arousal. In this way they believe they can not only experience great sensual pleasure but also promote sexual health and well-being, increasing spiritual awareness. The slow progression towards orgasm often results in a much more powerful one, and therefore a greater exchange of energy.
There are some beautiful names given to some of the postures in The Tao. Some of my favourite moves from this book are: "Dragon Turn" and "Cicada on a Bough", but I really enjoy having fun trying "Autumn Dog" - it's one of those positions that ends up in a fit of the giggles as we both collapse with laughter! :-)
A fun appointment, designed for experimentation!
